POLICE COU.RT.— Saturday. [Before K. C.*Bsntow, Esq., 3.M.1 Drunkenness. —Two persons,were fined for this offence. ' ' Forging a Telegraphic Receipt.—Lucy Drumgool was charged with felonionsly_ forging a certain telegraphic receipt, with intent to defraud, at Auckland, on the 23rd June. On the application of Sergeant-Majbr Mason,-■ the ease was remanded till TuesdaysPrisoner was admitted to bail, herself in £50, and two sureties in £25 each. AMPLICATION- TO HAVE INDENTURE CANCELLED.—Mr. Clements made an application in Court to have the indentures of his apprentice cancelled. Eis Worship refused to cancel the indentures, unless the boy was charged with some offence. Drunk in Court.—Kearney Colquhoun was brought into the Court drunk, and, on the application of Sergeant-Major Mason, was remanded till July 7.
