[Before R. C. BalßtOTT,.Esq., B.M.] Civil Cases.—Strahan v. Russell, claim f1 Iβ for harness work. Mo appearance of defendant. Judgment for plaintiff, 6a costs. —Oates v. Stokes, claim £1 2s 6d for books. No appearance of defendant.—Stevenson v. W. Row, claim £8 3a 10d for groceries, &c. No appearance of defendant. Plaintiff did not supply the goods to defendant, but he had subsequently agreed to pay the amount. Judgment for plaintiff with costs.—Borough Council v. Roche, claim £8 7s, being for rates 17s and rent £7 10s. Ao appearance of the town clerk. As the defendant was present, the case was atr.ck out.
