June 23.--Arrived : Renfrewshire, barque, from Glasgow, bound for Timaru. Sho left Glasgow on the 12th March, and had to conio past Timaru owing to the heavy sea running there. James A. Stewart, Anuio Bow, and Ethel, from Timaru, ran for shelter. BLUFF. June 23.—The Union Co.'s s.s. Arawata left Melbour*) at 3 p.m. on the Bth. She experienced light S. winds till the 21st; then very hsavy S.W. gales, with heavy seas to arrival. She brings 35 saloon passengers and 32 steerage, with 3GO tons of cargo, to all ports, and the Suez mail. She sailed at 3 p.m. for Dunedin. Passengers: —Saloon : Mr. and Mis. Bradloigh and child, Mrs. Crosskey and child, Mrs. Morton and family, Mrs. Danks, Mrs. Graham, Mrs. Wrighton, Miss Neady, Mrs. F. Sleen, Miss Mitchell, and 10 iu the steerage ; and 130 tons cargo. For Auckland (saloon): Mr. Leary and Sir. and Miss Dales.
