DISTRICT COURT.—MONDAY. The Clerk of the Court announced that he had received a letter from the learned judge intimating his inability to attend through illnesß, and suggesting that Mr. Brookfield might be requested to act as deputy. A messenger was despatched to Mr. Brookfield, who could not be found, and there was no alternative but to adjourn the court to the 30th of June.
