The Prince Imperial of France is dead. Hβ was with a reconnoitering party on June Ist, when the party was surprised, and before it was able to withdraw, the Prince Imperial was fatally stabbed by assegais. The British troops crossed the Bufi'alo River, and reached Kopulbene. They continue their advance on the 22nd June.
