The liabilities were a set down at £290; asaete, £530 (book debts). 0 The bankruptcy was attributed to loss of a custom, consequent upon a street hoarding 1 which obstructed the footway next to the s City Club. The trustee bronght np his c report, and made no objection to the debtor \ obtaining the creditors' certificate. The t creditors agreed to give ths debtor their cer- I tilioate recommending his discharge. i -
