Harbour Board By-law. The master of every vesselshall r.nort his anival at the office of the Board not less than twenty-four hours after his arrival iu the Port of Auckland. The master of *.very vessel shall produce the certificate of registry of his vessel to the Collector en demand, and also, where goods are liable to ihu paymont of dues to such Harbour Bosrd. give such information to the said Board as will enablo the said Board to levy the dues payable in respect t .ereof. The master of every vessel shall on demand give to the Collector a copy of the bill of lading, freight list, or manifest of the cargo or other proper account of all goods intended to be unshipped from the vessel, and the n>m< or names of the ow .er to whom all or any goods in such vessel are intended to be delivered. WHARF TOLL*. 9. Every person who shall i:se anr wharf under the control of the said Bo:ird shall pay for the use thereof as fol.'ows. Any person In cbar£o of a vehicle, drawn by horses in double harness upon any wharf, shall not leave the driver's seat during the time the vuhtclti is in motion, and no vehicle shall bo uriven at a pace faster than a walk. WEIGHBRIDGE CHAKGES. 10. Every [person who shall use the weighbridge provided by tin said Board shall pay for the use thereof as lollows. That is to say :— For weighing each loaded waggon with four wheels, one shilling ; weighing each cart or dray, the load ou which does not exceed two lous, sixpence foreach cart or dr*y. whtiu the loadtxcejds two tons, one shilling. WATERMEN'S LICENSES. 11. Every Waterman sh*U pay for his license tho sum of twenty shillings per annum. Every person who shall let boits for hire shall pay a license of live shillings per annum for each bout si lot out on hire, and it t-hall not be lawful for any such boats to be let eut for hire until the'same shall have been inspected by tho Harbour Master and a certificate obtained fri in him to the effect thit such boat is fit to be let out on hire, and every boat shall be numbered and h*vc the number painted 1 gioly thereon. In this By-law the following terms and expressions shall have the meaning hereby given to thvm.
