In pursuance of "The Auckland Collegs and Grammar School Act, 1577," and of the Regulations thereuader for conducting the Election of Governors or the Board of Governors under the said Act, to be elected jointly by the Members of the Legislative Council usually resident within the Provincial District of Aueklaad, and by the Members of the House of Representatives for the several electorates of the said Provincial District, t hereby give public notice that the Election of One Governor, under sub-section two of section thres of the said Act, will be held on SATURDAY, the fifth day of April next, and I do, also, hereby appoint the office of the Auckland College and Grammar School, Shortland-strebt, in the City of Auckland, to be the place for the delivery of nomination papers, as in tho said regulations provided ; such nomination papers to be delivered at th« said place not later than SATURDAY, the twentyninth day of March instant.
