A steamer is to leave the Queen-street wliarf to-morrow morning, at half-past 7 o'clock, to meet the special train which runs for the Belensville races. The secretary of Mr. Dignan's committee invites all accounts to be rendered to him this afternoon by 3 o'clock, and the secretary of Mr. Goldie's committee invite all claims against that committee to be fQ him this afternoon by 4 o'clock.
