(Beforeß.C. Barstow,Es(].,R.M.j Larceny.—"William McKay, of Hillsborough, was charged with stealing a horse and buggy, the property of F. Qnick, and in charge of Cbarlea Hill. It appeared that the buggy was left at the door of tho Royal Oak Hotel, and when Hill camo out of the house he could not find the vehicle. McKay had been in the house, but no evidence was tendered, and the case was dismissed.
