Mr. Thome appeared. for the debtors, and that the provisions of th« Act had been complied with. Tho particulars of the esfcato have been already published in the proceedings of the creditors* meetings. The Registrar said the papers were regular. There was no opposition to the debtors, and he granted their final order.
