A man named William Hayward, an upholsterer aud undertaker, -while labouring under aberration of intellect, caused by excessive drinking, on Jan. 30, performed the singular feat of jumping over a bridge to a depth of thirty feet, near the 'Whan village, and escaped without any dangerous injury..
