BRIG ISERBROOK SCUTTLED, ANTI-CHINESE STRIKE. [reuter's special cablegrams.] Sydney, December 22. Tlie brig Iserbrook, badly injured from fire, has been scuttled. The captain was killed and the mate seriously burnt through an explosion. The insurances amount to The miners of Newcastle and "Woollongong have resolved to continue the coal company's steamers strike. Mediation has again failed. Melbourne, December 21. ' Topham, Angus, and Smythe are the ■lowest tenders for the Daylesford railroad of twenty-two miles, for £84:,000.
