ANOTHER FIRE IN CHAPEL-STREET.

At about 10 o'clock yesterday forenoon, another fire was discovered to have broken out in Chapel-street, in a house owned by a man named Bowden, and occupied by a wellknown woman, Anne Swift. It appears that the occupant bad gone out of the housP, leaving some clothes on the back of a chair in front of the fire. During her absence the clothes caught fire, and, blazing up, Bet tire to the chair on which they rested. A woman named Kate Bennett, a neighbour, observed the fire, and making her way through a window endeavoured to extinguish it, at the same time giving the alarm. A man ran to ring the bell, but Constable Jones followed him up, and stopped the ringing of the bell after a few peals had been given. The only damage done was to the clothing aiid chair, and the fire was very speedily extinguished.
