[Hefore A. Bee;li*n and E. Isaacs, K.-q3., Justices.] DRUNKENSHiS.—Three men were punished for this offence. Breachks of By-laws.— Arthur Smith was fined 5s and costs for riding on the footpath in Grey-street.—James Whittle, for leaving hie cart unattended in Wellesley-street without passing a chain round the wheel thereof, w.ts fined 10s and costs. — William Pooley was fined 5s and costs for allowing his to be at larj;e without having a collar for the current year.—Michael Burke, for wheeling a barrow ou the footpath ii\ Waterloo Quadraut, waa discharged with a caution. ■♦
