BANKRUPTCY. Re C. E. Madden.—A meeting of creditors iu this estate was announced to have been held yesterday at noon, but the bankrupt, whose presence was requisite, did not appear. There were only two creditors represented. The liabilities were set down at £312 and the assets at £371. In consequence of the absence of the debtor, proceedings in bankruptcy lapsed.
