[Before R. O. "Birstow, Esq., lOI.] Drunkenxess. — One man, aud onß woman, for this offence, were lined the usual amount. Careless Driving.—Samuel Bradley, for not being near enough to his horse and dray to have control over the same, pleaded guilty, and was fined 55., and 9s. costs.— William Ball, for a similar offence, wad also lined ss. and costs. Civil Case. — . Whyte v. Littledale. Claim, £2 15s. s£d., for rent aud goods. Judgment for plaintiff.
