The Warden said that he could not do so' without the sanction of the applicant, but he would grant the licence and adjourn the fixing of grantees until "the 7th April.' Work would have to be started at once.—Morning Light (Owharoa): The application made by J. Dickson, was objected to by E. Cameron. • Adjourned to 7th^April.— Excelsior (Oivharoa): This was an applicationmade by.E. Cameron, and as it included, a portion of'the Morninj Light application, the hearing was adjourned to the 7th. April. —Radical (Owharoa) :■ The. licence applied for by J. Woods and J.'Hosie was granted, by consent of'applicants, to H. C. Wick. — Sunnybank (Owharoa) :. This licence was granted to H. C. Wicb.—Pai-o-flaura (Ka-.' rangahake) : Licence granted to J.Calder.— Hercules "■ (Owharoa).: Licence granted to Messrs. T. Horsbrugh and J.
