Carey, Giles and Co. sdd bv auction a quantity of damaged fruits aud other faulty goods at fair prices. Ration sugars at £22 to £*23. At Messrs. Gilchrist and Weston's sa'e of assets in tho estAte of Mr. Wearne, miller, flour sold at £10 <s*. and improved prices were obtained for wheat, some of which being dressed, brought a price apparently much above the market.
