SUPREME COURT SITE RESERVE.
The committee appointed by the Hoard of Education to deal with the old Supreme Court site reserve met yesterday,—Mr. Reader Wood in tho chair. Jt was decided to recommend his Honor the Superintendent to reserve a right-of-way iu laying <»tT the ground, so as to secure access to the back of the various sections. The right-of-way vrill open on Darby, Elliott, and Victoria streets, and be ten feet wide. The leases are to be for CG years, and the buildings to be three stories high, except in Elliott and part of Darby-streets. The other conditions are of the usual character, and have been made as simple as possible. Tho sale of these leases will take place at the end of the present or early infnext month.
