Oochra.no and Son sold to-day the following surplus stores, ex Agnes Muir: — Preserved meats, 2Jd per lb.; salt beef, 2Jd do.; ■salt pork, 3*} d do. ; biscuits, do.; flour, 25.* i6d per cask ; rice, 2Ad per lb.; peas, 2|d do.; sugar, 4d do.; tea, 2s Id do.; coffee, 6d do. ; butter, 3d do. ; raisins, 10d; molasses, 3d ; stout-, 10s to 10s 9d per dozen. Also a valuable farm at Papatoitoi at £6 per acre; 60 acres at Great Barrier Island, 2s 6d per acre ; 1 town lot, Alexandra West, £2 2s 6d.
