Pbiuce of Wales Theatbe. — Last evening were very glad to see a much better attendance r.t Ibis theatre—a fact no doubt attributable to the improved state of the weather. The popularity of Professor Haselnaver increases rapidly, and we feel convinced that before he leaves Auckland the theatre be nightly crowded in every part. A number of new features wc-re introduced into "* e l jrt >"ramnje last evening, chief among them bein® the aerial bell, which did exactly the same as the goblin drum. The manner in witch this bell answers all sorts of questions wonderfu! < ancl t]le 'oud applause wnich greeted every answer was a proof that tie audience were highly delighted. Another n ew programme is announced for to-night. J Ptr ALI "— people's favourite, Mr. -r", Hjdefl, who has just returned from the ames, will take a farewell benefit at the 0D Saturday evening, previous to t= departure for the South. The entertaine!:t w '!l be of a miscellaneous character, full Particulars of which will appear in our tomorrow's issue.
