(FEDS! OTJB OWN COBBESPONDENT.) December 3, 5 p.m. The s.B. Keera will ltavo for Auckland tomorrow evening. Tho p.o. Sturt, from Patea, ariived at Wellington at 2 o'clock this morning. The Wellington, I hear, is going on tho West Coast next trip. The Prnviusial Government telegraph stations in the province of Otngo were, on the Ist December, transferred to the General Government of New Zealand, and the universal tariff hitherto in force will be applicable to them.
