Bd. and interest bo sooner paid, together with the said sum of £1 13a. 4d., besides Sheriff* Poundage, Officer's Fees, &c., all the estate, right' title, and interest of the said John Anderson, under a trust deed bearing; date the 9th day of May, 1863, made between John Anderson of the first part, Jessie Anderson of the second part, and James Maoky and Jsmes Matthews, therein described, of the third part, of, in, and to, all that piece or parcel of land situated in the Parish of Waiwerawera, in the County of Marsden, and con'aining by admeasurement seventysix acres, and being part of allotment number sixtyfour, bounded on the North by the Waiworawera River, and by part of the same allotment sold to one Goein ; on the Hast by a line bearing 155 ° 200 3535 links ; on the South by a lino bearing 90 ° 860', links; and on the West by a line bearing 360 ° 22 chains, and then by the said Gagin's Lrind 10 chains. And all that piece or parcel of land in the Parish and County afo«j»aid, containing forty ticres, part of allotment number seven, bounded on the Southwest by a boundary line of the »aid allotment No. 7 2000 links ; on the North-east, by lot No. 8; on the South-oast by the boundary line of the said allotment No. 8; and on the North-west by a line parallel with the South-west boundary line of tho said allotment, so aB to include forty acres. " Andali that parcel of land in the Province of Auokland aforesaid containing by admeasurement one hundred and nine acres more or less, and being lot No. 110 of the Parish of Waiwera, in the county aforesaid, excepting so much of ! the land hereinafter described as may be necessary for the making of a road, as excepted by the Crown Grant of the same; bounded on tho North by tho Waiwera River; on the Etst by land granted to Robert Graham, 1698 links, 360 links, 7*lo links, 435 links, and 278 links, and by the sea; on the South by 'ot 15, 2506 links ; and on tho west by lot 64, and a line 3955 links- And also all that parcel of land in tho Province aforesaid containing by admeasurement two hundred acres more or less, situated in the Parish of Waiwera aforesaid, and being lot No. 83 ; bounded on tho North-east by lot No. 84,4430 links ; and on the South-east by a line 1040 links, and 250 links, and then by lot No. 63, 4000 Inks ; on the south-west by lot No. 96, 1070 links; and on the West by the Wainui River to its junction with the road, and then by the said road 202 links, 500 links, 280 links, 1700 links, and 685 links; and on the North-west by lot No. 85, 3000 links, partly intersected from North to Bouth by a road 100 links wide. And I furtlior give notice that the estate and interest of the said John Anderson in the said land consists of the equity of redemption held by the said James Mucky and James Matthews in trust for the said Jessie Anderson and John Anderson, aud that tho same has been taken by me in execution, at the suit of tho said Thomas Seaman, the execution creditor.
