NEW ZEALAND AZETTE.
New Zealand Gazettes were published on the 20th, 21st, and 23rd ins-tints. That of the first mentioned date coniained only matters r>'Htio!{ to Middle Island provinces. The Gazette of the 21st contains a proclamation further proroguing parliament to the 17th of March. The Gazette of the 23rd contains nn order in Council, delegating to the Postmaster-General the powers under sections 9, 22, and 23, of the Marine Act, and to Superintendents of Provinces, the powers under section 7, relating to harbour marks, buoy*, lights, &c. A notice that forma of application for registration under " the Medical i"ract;ti«.Derfl' Act, 1867," can be obtained in Auckland, from Dr. Philb'iii, and flat p.irlies desirous of having their names entered in the forthcoming Register, must make application piior to the 9th .April next. This Qazcttc contains tables of irnoorti and exports for quarter ending 30th e'eptemberlaet.
