WOOL SALE THIS DAY.
Messks. Hunter and Co. will liold to-day at the Durham sale yards one of tlic largest wool sales thnfc has yet been held in this Province. There are upwards twenty different lots, amounting in gross to over / 2 bales, comprising 35 bales long wool, 20 bales half-bred, 10 bales merino, 7 bales of mixed. J'. e S rca ter portion of this wool is washed, some of it, however,'is only half washed, and a small portion of it is greasy. The brands exhibit a great variety ; and can be seen by a reference to the catalogue which will be circulated this day Lots to be removed within seven days free of rent. This is a very important sale, and we readily invite the attention of dealers to it, The sale will commence at 12 o'clock sharp.
