'.'tor of the Kew Zealand Heiiald. g JBi Permit me through your widely-circulated paper, to draw the attention of tlio City Board to the Terr great in convenience experienced by persons in Auckland from the want of urinals in different parts of the town. The absence of any such conveniences is nearly tlio first thing noticed by new chums on landing, and I dare fay ieinuch felt by thoso residing at a distance from the places where their business calls them. It is almost needless to remark on the daily exposure which occurs at the different corners and 1 inea in this city, of such a nature as would be the cauee of magisterial interference in the mother country.
