Why Some Wellington People Are Becoming a Nuisance. COMPLAINTS multiply. concerning the large number of Wellington people who are making it a habit to arrive late at the theatre. These people find themselves in a dark house, and as they crowd to their seats they distract attention and destroy the pleasure of the crowd of reasonable people who have arrived in time. And there is another things ■ Thanks to the spacious comfort of the vestibule at the Grand Opera House, ladies are tempted to go out during the. intervals; and when they get out into the lounge, they talk. When a woman talks, she forgets. As a result, the ladies who go out. during the intervals often return late. All this sort of thing is an inconvenience and 'an affront to the public, and should be stopped. It can only be stopped by public resentment. If you are annoyed in this way, don't hesitate to (show your annoyance.
