THE CHRISTY'S MINSTRELS.
Last night the performance of the Minstrels was under the patronage of the Fountain of Friendship Lodge. There was a full house, and the Christy's were uproariously received. 'The Anvil Chorus' from " II Trovatore," was admirably rendered. Messrs Bent and Peel in 'dancing mad,' were most comically shown up to the audience, and the " Bushrangers" elicited shouts of laughter. The ■whole concluded with the burlesque Italian Opera, in which some of the most noted singers of the day were parodied to perfection. To-night the performance will be under the patronage of Qcneral Chute, on which occasion the Christy's will appear in white faces!
