Thlse races commenced on Thursday. The weather was all that could be desired, and large numbers availed themselves of that circumstance to visit the Epsom course, The following is the result of the two days racing. Thursday. Maiden Plate, Mr. Raton's Mcrrimac; Epsom Plate, Mr. Farmer's Moss Rose; The Town Plate, Mr. 'Wild's Volunteer; Grand Stand Stakes, Mr. Parmer's Golden Cloud. Fridat. Steeple Chase, Air, Hardington's Lottery ; Handicap, Mr. Griffiths' Volunteer (Golden Cloud scratched) ; Military Plate, Mr. Fanner's Moss Rose ; Lottery Plate, Mr. Farmer's Golden Cloud ; Consolation Stakes, Mr. Haines' Numa; Hack Race, The Nun.
