In this country and America several Companies are now mccessfnlly in operation, either for trading in particular domestic inventions, or in articles only adapted for certain .rades or classes, and it is therefore believed that a Company formed for trading in Domestic Implements generally, suitable for all ranks and classes, both in England and abroad, cannot fail of success. Arrangements have been made for the transfer to the Company of a lucrative business in Washing, Wringing Mangling, Knife-cleaning, and other Domestic Machines the present net profits of which will assure a return of upwards of ten per cent, on the paid up capital of the Company. It is intended immediately to commence business in suitable premises in the metropolis, to appoint Colonial and Continental Agencies, and to establish Depots throughout the United Kingdom. The preliminary' expenses will be strictly confined to matters of actual outlay.
