An Act to authorize the Superintendent to guarantee certain interest upon the capital to be expended in constructing a Dry Dock or Patent Slip at the port of Nelson ; which Bills were reserved for the signification of the Governor’s pleasure thereon, having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same.
