THE GOVERNMENT BILL. A FORECAST: 9 A.M. TO 8 P.M. ' WELLINGTON, September 8. The Bill providing for the earlier closing of hotel bars will probably be dealt with by Cabinet to-day. It will propose that the sale of liquor should be permitted only between the hours of 9 a.m. and S p.m.
