RAID ON GAMBLING DEN.
FIFTEEN CHINESE ABBESTED. (Per Press Association,) AUCKLAND, July 21. The police, near midnight, raided n Chinese house occupied by Harry Wong and arrested Wong and fourteen other Chinese whom they found there, The former was charged with being the occupant of, and the latter with beifig found in, a common gambling house. The police effected an entrance by a side 'window and by forcing the' door, which was barricaded. g Some Chinese were caught on the roof and others in the coal cellar.
