Givingjudgiuent. to-day in a case of seventeen gasworks, stokers, charged with taking part in a seditious strike, Mr McCarthy, S.M., found that they were liable'under the War Regulations and convicted them, but as the offence was committed under the bona-lidc belief that they were acting legally the end/; of justice would be best served by giving them one week to consider their position. . ■
