SUMMARY AND FORECAST. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July IG. The following is Mr G. Y. Pemberton's weather summary and forecast;— "Fair to cloudy conditions ruled on Saturday. On Sunday disturbances passed both north and south of the Dominion, and were responsible for unsettled weather and scattered rainfall', but heavy rain and northerly gales were experienced in (he northernmost districts, Improved conditions have been reported to-day. ■ "Present indications are for freshening northerly and westerly winds, and a falling barometer everywhere soon. Fair weather probable for a brief period in East Coast districts, but unsettled and squally conditions arc likely to follow generally, with rain soon, in western and southernmost districts,"
