At a conference of representatives of I he .Ministers' Association, the headmasters of Christ's College and the Hoys' High School, the Educational Institute and the School Committees' Association, held to-night to consider the question of film censorship, motions were carried in favour of jnunicipal picture theatres, and an arrangement with picture theatre managers and the educational authorities, for vholcsoni' and joyful programmes for matinees.
