Conditions improved during Sunday, but the sky became overcast again today, with moderate to strong winds predominating. The barometer has'been unsteadv.
Present indications are for freshening northerly to westerly winds, and unsettled, cloudy weather, with rain following generally. The barome.er has a falling tendency everywhere,
