BELGIAN RELIEF SHIPS. ANOTHER SCRAP OF PAPER. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) Received April 19, at 11.40 p.m. PARIS, April 19. ■Four Belgian relief ships, provided with safe- conducts were recently sunk outside the danger zone near the Dutch coilst. The Admiralty reports .Hint the arrivals during the week ■were 2117!), and 'the sailings 2331. The vessels sunk were nineteen over 1600 tons, anil nine under KiOO tons. Fifteen vessels were uiisilccossfully attacked. Twelve fishing boats were sunk; ■ An Italian, naval.communique states that for .the week emling lath April 454 ships arrived at and 419 left Italy.
