SUMMARY AND-FORECAST. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON,'September 5. -Mr F. Y. IrVniberton. 'acting Dominion Meteorologist, has issued the following weather summary aipl forecast: The barometric pressure lias continued relatively-low. in the southernmost districts, .and unsettled conditions have prevailed in those, parts, with high westerly winds. Fair weather ruled elsewhere,, and .west and south-west breezes predominated. Present indications are for freshening westerly winds generally, the .barometer falling further in the south. Fair weather is probable in northern and east coast districts, but, a change is due shortly on the West Coast, and is likely to follow elsewhere, southwards of New Plymouth and Castle Point.
