AUCKLAND, Sept. 2. At the in,qiiest on George Belts,carpenter, aged forty-live, found dead at Darnell, a verdict of suicide by poison while of unsound mind was returned.

At the inquest on Mary Talut, single (twenty-one), who died in the hospital, a verdict of suicide by poison caused by depression, the result of illness, was brought in. CHIiISTCHUKCIt, Sept. 3.
