XTT The best of white sauces. Your white sauces for boiled fowl or vegetables will be much improved if you use instead of ordinary flour to thicken them with. Corn Flour sauces are much nicer, better flavoured.and quite free from" lumps" or "pastiness." Prepare the sauce in the usual way, but use half the quantity of Corn Flour that you would of ordinary flour.
