SCALE OF PAYMENT,' The following circular, memorandum for heads of Departments'has been sent • out by the Secretary to the Treasury (Colonel G. F. C. Campbell):I am directed by the Eight Hon. the Minister of Finance to advise • that Cabinet has decided that the war bonus, is to be paid in accordance with the attached scale:—For the first six months now, and for the second six months before Christmas. .These payments to cover to March'3lst, 1917.
