"Yes," she replied, with a fierce glitter in her eye, " I've lost a ninestone luisiand. It is wearing a light irown suit, with black derby hat. snm'l tuft of hair on its chin, and a frightened look. T lost it in ut crush at the fancy-goods counter. It's probably wandering through the building in search of mo, and 1 thought perhaps you could find it easier than 1 ran. I want it on account of a bundle it is carrying under its arm.
