P. West emphasised, without any tendency to exaggerate, the cunning and villany of the latter, gentleman. Other parts were iu capable bauds, Miss Magge Herrick appearing as Mrs Stofel, Mr S. A. Fitzgerald as as Sergeant PJynn, Mr Milton Moss as Corporal Sharpe, Mr Yihcent Scully as Dr Pearson, Mr George Hassellas the unlucky officer of the day, captured as a spy by Stofel, Mr W. H, Welsh as Pete, and Little Glad yB Bashford as the cheeky Billy Patterson "Struck Oil" will be followed by ! the historical drama "Nell Gwynne" This drama Miss Maggie Moore Played for over 300 nights at Darley's' Theatre, New York.
