DUNEDIN. August 20.

A widow named Ingram, about 60 years of age, who resided by herself in a small cottage behind the Choral Hall, was found dead this evening. She was last seen on Saturday. Friends called at the house yesterday, bat could get no reply, and seeing no signs of her yesterday the police w«ie informed. On the house being entered sbe whs discovered fully dressed lying dead alongside her bed. The Rev. Mr Ready, Chairman of the Bible Christian Convention, has received a cablegram that the English Conference has consented to union with the Methodists.
