Loishman said Steel and M'Cormack woro present. Arch. Steel was called, bub did not appear, and Mr Harvey said that was the case. Counsel addressed the Court it length, and his Worship said he would reserve his decision. Ho would give counsel timely notice of the day when ho would givo his decision.
