The weather for the third day of tho D.J.C. autumn meeting was as disagree* able as the first two days were pleasant. It rained during the oight, and frequent showers fall in the morning, when it cleared up. About 1.30 it came on again, and continued with scarcely any intermisaion. The attendance, under the circumstances, was surprisingly largo, and the racing interesting. The course wa<* very greasy and cut up a good deal, and ■urroundings were inclined to bo sloppy.
