ASHBURTON. October 17.
Tho inquest on the body of William Bishop, l.ibnror, Methvon, was concludod to-day. The verdiofc was accidental death. Deceasod was returning to camp from town on the night of October 2nd, and fell six foot info u dry creek, where he was found at midday. Ho was thought to be drunk, and was moved to a shady plnce till night, when ho was taken to Ash burton Hospital, where ho died|^ October 13th. Modicnl evidence prov^J concussion of the brain. Ho had no relations in the colony.
