WANGANUI. October 13.
Francis Trevelyan Kenny was indicted at tho Supremo Court for maliciously setting firo to tho Commercial Hotol.^fc Ho pleaded not guilty. He was defended^ by Mr Dnrnicoat, and Mr Fitzgerald appeared for the Crown. There aro 15 witnessos to bo examinod. The caso is expected to last all day. Tho evidence is similar to that given in tho lower Court.
